In the 1960s (1969 - 1971?), Italian television featured a Wolfe TV Series. VHS & DVD versions of ten episodes can be purchased at: http://www.elleu.com/. The show starred Tino Buazzelli and Paolo Ferrari. Most episodes can be viewed on YOUTUBE, too. This Nero Wolfe actor is probably the model for the San Marino Wolfe stamp. San Marino is a small sovereign European republic, land-locked by Italy.) |
